Applying to university is a very stressful period for a person, but in my opinion, a person gets that tension because of the people around him. In all those new places where a person has not been yet, he naturally looks for and finds people who have been there and have experience. Basically, there are legends around all universities that it is very difficult to get accepted, that the teachers are very bad and very often they even divert a person from his path and advise him to be admitted somewhere else because it will be very difficult for that person and maybe he will not be admitted to the given university. . For example, when my older sister was preparing to enter the university, I remember very well how many meaningless stories she heard about the university where she wanted to enter. There was even a moment when she changed her mind and did not want to enter. And now, when I have to be accepted, I have a lot of tension and fear in me.I think that exams are stresseful too for person and student doesnt needed additional stress. It will be benefical for student tondo their practicees with pleasure.

If I worked in a hotel, I would like to be a consultant.  I would help people in various matters, for example, many people, knowing their room number, cannot find it and often ignore it.  Many people find a good hotel but then they can’t find good companies to help them see the country , sometimes its a real big problem to find normal company.

Some people believe that the higher a product is priced, the more likely it is that people will want to buy it.

To what extent does price influence potential buyers?

What other factors influence people to buy product?

Behaviour of the consumer about purchasing the product has been a research topic throughout the last many decades. While some researchers have proved that the pricing eventually affects the decision making of the consumer, there are other aspects which have also been popular affecting the choice of the customer.

To begin with the price factors, there are some social factors owing to which people tend to choose costly products. The first factor is the general perception of the human society that quality is always costly to achieve and hence the standard product is also higher priced than the normal one. For example, to prepare durable furniture, timber wood is used in India which is expensive due to its low harvesting and higher demand. The second one is the social standard attached to the price tag, as it has become the status quo for the community to have the dear capital. The last but not the least is the brand name. Most of the branded products are high-priced and have also become the benchmark of the wealth among the masses. For instance, if a person uses iPhone or iPad, people believe him or her as a rich. Thus, people whether they could afford it or not would like to purchase sky-high commodities to either show off the luxury or due to a wrong assumption.

However, there are others which affect the shopping choice. Firstly, product quality is the highly desirable feature without which merchandise cannot stand in the competitive market. For instance, no one would like to purchase substandard shoes no matter which brand they belong to. Secondly, nowadays, an individual would first research on the internet for the reviews and ratings given by other customers and no one would prefer the product below rating four out of five. Thirdly, advertisement targeting a particular group of people affect their preferences. For example, toothpaste for the children would aim to manipulate small kids by attractive colors and taste and may give free toys with it to attract them. Finally, the creative products are always welcomed and would be sold out of curiosity. Thus, apart from price, high-quality, high-rated, strategic advertised and innovative products are always overwhelmed by the market.

To conclude, of course, price is one of the decisive elements for consumers and exorbitant ones have become the first choice for them, although some facets are there which impact the customers to purchase the things

Dear Dad,

I am having this letter typewritten because my handwriting is very poor and hardly legible sometimes. It was good to talk to you the otherevening. I promised I would write, so here I am. Now, are you sure it is all right if I visit you at the Sea Isle Hotel in Miami, because I amreally looking forward to seeing you and spending a very pleasant day and evening with you. The invitation still stands for April for you to fly out to visit me. I think you will like my littlehouse. Even though it is a 11ttie house, it has a big swiming pool. The neighborhood is quiet and yet it is close to shopping areas.

How have you been feeling, Dad? I hope you’re well and happy, and having a good time in Florida. Have you heard from Joan and George since they left for South America? But,  I guess  I’ll get answers to all those questions when I see you. In the meantime, I’ll call when I arrive in Now York. I am leaving on the plane this afternoonat five o’clock, and I’ll arrive in New York about midnight tonight. I got a letter from Bobby Just the other day and I loved bearing from him. He writes a little more often than Janie, however, I’ll probably hear from her pretty soon. Were are Sam and Blanche? Are they planning to see you at all in Florida? Give than my best the next time you write them or soo them. And,do ivo y invitation some serious thought because remember you haven’t been west of the Rockies yet and you ought to Just got a look at California, even if it is just to compare it with Florida. But, most of all, I would love to have you spend the time with  me.

Միևնույն ժամանակ ես կզանգեմ քեզ, երբ հասնեմ Նյու-Յորք: Ես մեկնում եմ ինքնաթիռով կեսօրից հետո ժամը հինգին, և ես կլինեմ Նյու-Յորքում մոտավորապես կեսգիշերին:



Ես ստացել եմ նամակ Բոբից հենց հաջորդ օրը:Նա ավելի հաճախ է գրում քան Ջեյնը, այնուամենայնիվ ես կլսեմ նրա մասին շատ շուտով:

 Some people think that women are generally more peaceful than men as their characters are naturally more nurturing than aggressive.

To what extend do you agree?

I disagree. with this statement , for this reasons.

First of all women, since her. birth she listening that women will be peaceful, meek, gentle, because of that can formed opinion that women are peaceful. I think its individual for every person. Man also listening phrase like this, that man will aggressive, he won’t show his real emotion. Because of that I think people lot of time pretend their emotion. For every person its individual, someone can be so emotional, someone can be touchy as man as a women.

On the other hand, in our even society women tend to be more active and take the baton and lead theirlife as they can have equal opportunity to access to education and job market as men.

Consequently, they have become less dependent on gentlemen and start to invest in their own education and career. In many developed countries, it is ubiquitous that ladies are prone to tie the knot at an older age after they achieve a stable career compared to previous decades. With even chances, girls have been more ambitious and competitive in their personallife as well as at the offices, which lead to the increase in stress amongwomen.

Some people fail in school but end up being successful in life.

Why do you think that is the case?

What is the mostimportant thing to succeed in life?

To begin with, initially, education has nothing to do with success. In other words, schooling is just limited to academics, through which we can gain knowledge.For instance, we come across many personalities who built a successful career, though they have failed in their schooling. A specific example is Sachin Tendulkar, who is the”master blaster”of the cricket world, and did not even pass SSC.This example is  proof that even though,  one may not excel in their schooling, but  may have other interests, Polishing those skills  may  create wonders.However, successful schooling may also lead to a bright career.   

     Turning on to the criterion, to get success in life, is , firstly, recognizing one’s own talent is crucial. Without knowing what one is capable of, one can do nothing, Be it in studies, sports, art anything.  Subsequently, polishing those skills to excel.Followed by, faith in one’s ability, one should be confident about what one can do. Predominantly, one should be hardworking.For example, Film actor Shahrukh khan, who recognized his passion for movies, joined a film school to sharpen his acting skills,  fought day and night to acquire movie chances, now enjoying his successful career.
